Originally from Colombia and now based in the U.S., Mel brings a bicultural lens, a background in law and hospitality, and a refined, solutions-driven approach to planning. She’s known for turning complex logistics into clear plans, aligning bold visions with real-world execution, and advocating thoughtfully for her clients every step of the way.
Mel was selected as a regional leader for the International Association of Destination Wedding Professionals (IADWP)—a role that recognizes her commitment to excellence and her leadership in the industry. She is especially passionate about weaving together the couple’s heritage and the soul of the destination, creating experiences where culture, love, and place are in perfect harmony.
